저는 3번이라고 체크했는데 답은 1번입니다.
답은 1번인거는 알겠는데 3번은 왜 안되는건가요?

스크립트에 보시면 it was connected to the mainland, and mammoths and other animals like bears were able to roam around the whole area 라고 주어져 있습니다.
roam around 는 돌아다니다죠. 그렇기 때문에 해당하는 부분을 해석해보면 '원래는 St Paul's 섬은 섬이 아니었고, 메인랜드와 연결이 되어 있었으며, 맘모스나 곰과 같은 동물들이 전체 지역을 돌아다닐 수 있었다' 입니다.
C 의 보기를 보면 coexisted with other animals on the island 인데, the island 자체는 St Paul's island 이며, coexist 가 성립되려면 같은 서식지에서 공존하는 형태가 됩니다. 그러나 스크립트 상에서 보시다시피 전체 지역을 돌아다녔다고 하기 때문에 그들이 같은 섬에 살았다는 언급과는 다르죠. 그러므로 C는 답이 될 수 없습니다.
