KINGS reading 문제풀이 passage 2에 질문드립니다.
16번 문항에서,
Better education enables people in several ways, which should be key factors in economic growth
라는 Y/N/Not given문제에 대해
본문의 "Education helps us to work more productively, invent better technology,~ surely it must be critical for economic growth?"가 동일한 의미를 띄어 Yes가 정답이었습니다.
이 두 문장이 모두 동의어로 구성되어 같은 의미인 것은 이해가 갑니다만,
그이후에 나오는
But if you look back through history, there's no evidence that having a high literacy rate made a country industrialise earlier.
이라고 하는 걸보면 위 문장의 내용과 반대의 관점이 writer's view와 동일한 것 아닌가요?
No 가 되어야 할 것 같은 정답이 yes인것이 이해가 가지 않습니다.
전체적으로 보았을때도 education과 economic growth는 관련이 없다는 것을 의미하고 있는데 어째서 해당 문장만 보고 Yes가 답이 되는지 이해가 되지 않습니다.
