Regarding work, Chinese students comprise the highest proportion learning, 59.6%, whereas the spanish proportion is the lowest - 28.4%.

라는 문장이 등장하는데, high proportion, as 59.6%나 high proportion  learning 같은 문장이 아니라

 

learning만 덩그러니 있게 해석이 잘 안 되서,

사이에 무엇이 생략이 된건지, 어떤 뜻과 역할을 하는지 궁금합니다.

 

2. % 표현 관련하여

A large number of people, 22% also emigrated to find a job, though the proportion of people entering UK for the same reason was noticeably lower at less than a fifth.

 

와 같이 task1에서 항목을 먼저 설명하고 문장 마지막에 해당 항목의 퍼센테이지를 표현할 때

~~~, at 22% 이외에도 어떤 표현 방식이 있을까요?

위 문장에서는 22% 앞에 at이 안 보이고

아래는 at less than a fifth.라고 해서 ,도 안 보여서 헷갈립니다..
