renting a place to live 의 좋은점은 - 큰 돈이 들어가지 않는다, 이사가 쉽다
buying a place to live 의 좋은점은 - 평생 살 수 있는 공간이 생긴다, 마음대로 꾸밀수 있다. 등이 있겠네요.

샘플 앤서를 만들어 보면;
renting a place to live is better;
- I think renting a place to live is better because people don't need to spend a lot of money at once, and it'd be easy to move out and move into a new place.

Buying a house is better;
- I think it'd be better to buy a house because owning a house means that people can have a permanent residence. Also they can decorate the house whichever way they'd like to.
