The use of mobile phones is as antisocial as smoking. Smoking is banned in certain places so mobile phones should be banned like smoking. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

휴대전화의 사용은 흡연만큼 반사회적이다. 흡연은 특정 장소에서 금지되는데 따라서 휴대전화도 흡연처럼 금지되어야 한다. 이 주장에 대해 당신은 얼마만큼 동의 또는 비동의 하는가?

Agree - mobile phones should be banned in certain places.

1. Mobile phones can distract students from their studies. For example, students may check social media or respond to messages during lessons instead of paying attention to their teachers in the classroom.

2. Mobile phones disturb other people in public places. For example, people often make phone calls, watch videos or listen to music without considering those around them. This behaviour can cause inconvenience and frustration to those nearby.

Disagree - the use of mobile phones is not as antisocial as smoking.

1. Mobile phones are now indispensable because they are useful for communication and accessing information. Therefore, a ban on mobile phones is not appropriate.

2. Mobile phone use does not directly expose other people to harmful substances.
