Most companies use interviews as the primary method to select a candidate for a job. However, some people think this is not the best way. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
대부분의 기업들은 직원을 채용할 때 면접을 가장 중요한 선발 방법으로 사용합니다. 그러나, 일부 사람들은 이것이 가장 좋은 방법이 아니라고 생각합니다. 이에 대해 어느 정도 동의하거나 동의하지 않나요?
Agree - Interviews are not the best way.
1. Interview performance does not necessarily reflect a candidate's true capabilities. For example, those who are nervous during an interview may not be able to demonstrate their full potential.
2. Interviewers may make subjective judgments when evaluating candidates. As a few interviewers evaluate each candidate, their personal biases and first impressions may affect the hiring decision.
Disagree - Interviews are still the best method.
1. Interviews are the most effective way to assess a candidate's communication skills. Many jobs require interpersonal skills, especially those in sales and customer service, so interviews should remain an essential part of the recruitment.
2. Employers can identify qualities that cannot be assessed from a CV. For example, they can evaluate a candidate's confidence, motivation and communication skills during an interview.
