Do you like shopping?

How often do you go shopping?

I usually go shopping once or twice a week. Most of the time, I buy groceries or daily necessities. However, I shop for clothes only a few times a year because I prefer buying several items at once.

Which is more helpful, watching videos or reading books?

I think both have advantages, but watching videos is often more helpful for beginners because videos provide visual information and are easier to understand. For example, people can learn cooking or exercise techniques more quickly by watching videos.
