Employers should focus on personal qualities over qualifications and experience when choosing someone for a job. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

고용주들은 직원을 채용할 때 자격증이나 경력보다 개인적 자질에 더 중점을 두어야 합니다. 이에 대해 어느 정도 동의하거나 동의하지 않나요?

Agree - Companies should prioritise personal qualities when selecting suitable candidates.

1. Although job-related skills can be developed through training at work, personal qualities are much more difficult to change.

2. As most jobs require employees to work with others, teamwork and communication skills play a crucial role in determining a team's performance.

Disagree - Qualifications and experience are more important.

1. Certain professions require expertise and qualification. For example, doctors and lawyers are required to obtain relevant degrees and undergo professional training.

2. The more work experience people have, the better their job performance is likely to be.

3. Positive personal qualities do not necessarily lead to high job performance.
