<part 1>
When was the last time you had a few days off?
The last time I had a few days off was about two months ago during a long weekend. I took a short break from work because I was feeling quite exhausted and needed some time to recharge.
What do you usually do when you have days off?
When I have days off, I usually try to rest at home at first. I tend to sleep in, watch movies, and tidy up my place. If I have more time, I like to meet close friends or visit a nearby city for a short trip. I prefer relaxing activities rather than busy schedules because my weekdays are already quite demanding.

Describe an occasion when you were not allowed to use your mobile phone
You should say:
When it was - when I attended a meditation retreat last year
Where it was - in a quiet temple located in the countryside
Why you were not allowed to use your mobile phone - to help us fully focus on meditation and self-reflection
And how you felt about it - felt quite uncomfortable and even anxious without my phone
<part 3>
How do young and old people use mobile phones differently?
In my opinion, young people tend to use mobile phones mainly for social networking, entertainment, and online content such as videos or games. For example, many teenagers spend hours on platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
On the other hand, older people usually use mobile phones for more practical purposes, such as making calls, reading news, or communicating with family members through messaging apps. They may not be as familiar with newly emerging trends or digital platforms, although this gap is gradually narrowing.
What positive and negative impact do mobile phones have on friendship?
Mobile phones have both positive and negative influences on friendship. On the positive side, they make it much easier to stay connected, especially with friends who live far away. People can maintain relationships through instant messaging, video calls, and social media.
However, on the negative side, mobile phones can reduce face-to-face interaction. Sometimes, even when friends meet in person, they may spend more time looking at their screens than talking to each other. Over time, this can weaken the depth of relationships.
