<part 1>
Did your parents teach you to share when you were a child?
Yes, they did. When I was young, my parents often encouraged me to share my toys and snacks with my cousins and friends. At first, I found it difficult, but over time I realized that sharing made playtime more enjoyable and helped me build stronger friendships.
What kind of things do you like to share with others?
I usually like to share food, especially homemade dishes. When I cook something new, I enjoy letting my friends or colleagues try it. I also share study materials, such as books or notes, because I believe sharing knowledge is one of the best ways to support each other.
<part 2>
Describe an occasion when you lost your way
You should say:
Where you were - in Kyoto, Japan,
What happened - I was trying to find a famous temple called Kiyomizu-dera. I only had a paper map with me because my phone battery had died
How you felt - I felt a bit nervous and frustrated, because I didn’t want to waste too much time
And explain how you found you way - by asking a local shop owner
<part 3>
Why do some people get lost more easily than others?
I think it depends on a person’s sense of direction and level of concentration. Some people naturally remember landmarks or street layouts, while others find it harder to process spatial information. Age can also play a role, since older people may have weaker memory or slower reaction times. In addition, people who rely too much on GPS might struggle more when they don’t have access to it.
How can people find their way when they are lost?
Nowadays, the most common way is using navigation apps on smartphones. But if technology isn’t available, people can ask locals for help, follow road signs, or look for recognizable landmarks. In some cases, keeping calm and retracing their steps is also an effective strategy. Personally, I think combining technology with basic map-reading skills is the best solution.
