Interviews form the basic selecting criteria for most large companies. However, some people think that the interview is not a reliable method of choosing whom to employ. To what extent do you agree or disagree?  

면접은 대부분의 대기업에서 기본적인 선발 기준을 형성합니다. 그러나 일부 사람들은 면접이 누구를 채용할지 선택하는 신뢰할 수 있는 방법이 아니라고 생각합니다.   어느 정도 동의하시나요, 아니면 동의하지 않으시나요?  

agree

1.Interviewers may unconsciously favor candidates based on appearance, personality, or first impressions rather than actual skills and qualifications.

2.Interviews primarily assess verbal skills and confidence but may overlook technical competencies or practical abilities required for the job.  

disagree

1.Interviews provide an opportunity to evaluate a candidate’s verbal communication, confidence, and professionalism, which are crucial for many roles.

2.Interviewers can ask specific questions to assess how candidates handle workplace situations, revealing problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
